  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Every culinary tool undergoes a strict final safety and finish inspection within 1-2 business days before leaving our facility. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package is in transit.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

Are Grand Grate products completely food-safe and BPA-free? Absolutely, 100%. Your family's health is our priority. All our products are crafted from premium, professional-grade materials that are entirely free from BPA, lead, phthalates, and harsh chemicals, meeting all US FDA safety standards.

Are your tools dishwasher safe? While many of our high-grade stainless steel products are dishwasher safe, we highly recommend hand-washing with mild soap and warm water for items featuring organic wood handles or specialized razor-sharp cutting edges to preserve their pristine luster and sharpness for years to come.

What is your return policy? We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your culinary investments. If a tool isn’t the perfect fit for your cooking journey, we accept returns of unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective? We hold our craftsmanship to a premium grand standard. In the rare event that an item arrives with a flaw, please contact us at info@grandgrate.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a brand-new replacement immediately at zero extra cost to you.
